We wished they had put it on a magazine cover!!!!!
You need 1 - 1/2 lb of Buffalo Groves Italian Sausage.

Mix the 1- 1/2 pounds of Buffalo Groves Italian Sausage, with 1 - 1/2 cups of coarsley grated zuchinni (1 large), 1 cup of finely chopped mushrooms, 1/2 cup of finely chopped red inions, 1/3 cup of minces fresh parsley, 1/4 cup of fine dry bread crumbs, 1 large egg, 1 tsp of black pepper, 3/4 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of minces fresh rosemary.

Clean, then cut in 1/2 length wise, 4 medium size red bell peppers, then fill with your mixture.

Put the filled peppers in a baking dish, top with some grated parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 1 hr.

Platter it up and garnish it with some sprigs of rosemary. Sensational & Serves 8.
