Start with a 1 lb package Buffalo Groves Ground Bison Meat.
Grab a big mixing bowl... Add the Ground Buffalo Meat, 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes,
1/2 tsp parsley, 1/2 tsp basil, 1/4 tsp of basil, some salt & pepper, 1 slightely beaten egg,
and 1/2 cup of Tear Jerk Sauce which we get from Aspen Leaf Gourmet.
Mix everything up well, and then mix in about 1/2 cup of bread crumbs; and again mix well (it's really best to use your hands).
Get out a baking sheet, make sure to spray it with non-stick or olive oil. Make up some small meat balls and put them on your baking sheet.
Bake in 350 oven for about 20 minutes.
