Start with a 2 to 3 Buffalo Groves Pot Roast.
Next grab 1 bottle of Wine Jerk Sauce, which we get from
Aspen Leaf Gourmet.
Fix it in the Crock Pot: Spray the crock pot with non-stock spray, add a couple slices of onions on the bottom,
plop in your Pot Roast, and pour on about 1 cup of Wine Jerk Sauce.
Cook on low in the crock pot for 8 hours; but after 4 hours Marlene likes to add some large cut up potatoes.
Fix it on the BBQ Grill: Heat up the BBQ, get some heavy duty foil and add some sliced onions, then plop in your Pot Roast
then pour on about 1 cup of Wine Jerk Sauce (make sure you've made a basin in the foil to hold the liquid), maybe a few more sliced onions;
then top with another piece of heavy duty foil, and seal it good! Cook it on the top rack of the BBQ and slip the foil packett about every
15-minutes to keep the sauces flowing over the meat.
BBQ for about about 2 hrs.
