You need a 3 lb Buffalo Groves Brisket.
Grab out your crockpot, prepare it with some non-stick spray or brush it with olive oil.
Put in your Buffalo Groves Brisket, and season the meat with a small diced onion, some parsley, basil and garlic salt.
Then put a generous layer of catsup on top, and add 1/4 cup of water (remember you need to add liquid for your lean buffalo meat that you cook all day).
Cook for 8-10 hours in the crock pot (or covered in the oven at 200-255).
