You need 1 - lb of Buffalo Groves Italian Sausage.
Cook up the buffalo sausage (or ground buffalo) in a skillet, perhaps with some sliced onions or mushrooms.
Make an Easy Tomatoey Marinara Sauce: 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic (choped or pressed),
1/4 cup os sun dried tomatoes; 1 - 14 oz can of stewed tomatoes (slightly blended), 1 - 6 oz can of tomato paste,
12 oz of water, season with Basil, Oregano maybe some Rosemary. Cook the sauce for several hours.
OPTION: Cheat with some store brand sauce.
Cook up some pasta: Kimber likes Barilla Brand Pasta, since it's a humped type noodle that remins her of a buffalo.
Serve it layered - 1st Pasta, 2nd sauce, 3rd sausage (or mix it all together goolosh style)
Don't forget Parmesan or Romano cheese. Serve with a veggie & an easy salad.
