You need 1/2 lb of both Buffalo Groves Ground Buffalo Meat and Buffalo Groves Sausage.
For the Dough: 1 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp sale, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cups of bread flour,
1 cup of whole wheat flour, 3 tbsp nonfat dry milk and 1-1/2 tsp of yeast.
For the Meat Filling: Cook 1/2 lb of ground buffalo and 1/2 lb of buffalo sausage, then add 1/2 lb of velveta cheese,
cut into cubes (or any cheese that will melt nicely).
Roll the dough into a rectangle... spread the filling on top... roll the dough into a meat roll (start from the wide end), and pinch the ends to close.
Place it on a non-stick baking pan and let is rise for 1/2 hr, then bake in a 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
