Start with a 2 pkgs of Buffalo Groves Sliced Buffalo Liver.
1) Wash the liver, then soak (at least 2 hrs) in cold milk.
2) Remove liver from milk (which has soaked for at least 2 hrs), then coat the liver slices with flour, salt, pepper.
3) Melt 2-4 tbsps of butter in a skillet, turn the heat to medium, then place the liver in the skillet and cook the liver, turning once, until it is brown.
4) Melt 2-4 tbsps of butter in another skillet, then sautee onion slices (from 1 or 2 big onions).
Plate up Liver and smother on the Onions..
